A 20-30% advance of the total fare to confirm your booking. The remaining 70-80% to be either paid 1 day in advance through online modes or can be paid in cash to the driver when all passengers have boarded the bus.
For round trips, the customer has reserved the use of the vehicle for a particular duration. Small reschedules can be carried out at no extra charge if the trip duration does not preceed or exceed the booked timings.
For one way trips, reschedules are acceptable within the range of 1-2 hours. Post which, A standard hourly fee will be applicable per hour of extension as mentioned in the booking document.
Km’s are calculated basis the return trip distance between the boarding point and the destination. Additional distance covered within the City between the garage and the pickup point is also included, if applicable.
The quoted price includes all charges except toll, parking and interstate entry (if applicable)
Yes, we can provide you with an estimate on the toll, parking & interstate charges. This estimate can be included in the fare. You’ll be reimbursed/charged for differences between the actuals and estimations, as applicable.
SimplyTrip does offer luxury buses & cars on rent. We request you to make luxury rental bookings in advance during the wedding season to ensure availability.

Most of our buses can easily accommodate 1 small bag per passenger. If you plan to carry more luggage, you can contact our support team or speak to your travel manager and we’ll work on making additional arrangements.
Passenger safety is our number one priority. Every vehicle has been fitted with fire extinguishers, first aid kits, emergency exits and ABS & EBD. We also ensure vehicles are well serviced & inspected before every trip.

We ensure our vehicles are relatively new and that maintenance schedules are strictly adhered to. We also practice mandatory pre-cleaning & sanitization before every trip.
